WHAT IS EN101?
En101.com was born from a idea to teach English to Non-English speakers from around the world who have access to the Internet.

A strong team of talented individuals with extensive expertise in various fields was assembled to make the idea a reality.

Its goal is two fold, to make learning English Fast, Fun and Easy and to create an optional Business Environment for our students.

The Product.
At En101 we believe anyone can learn how to effectively speak English using our simple, online audio lessons. The online lessons come complete with tips and hints in your own language. Simply repeat the English that you hear! Our clear, concise voices are fun to listen to, and make it easy to learn English as a foreign language.

With your purchase, you chose the "free business opportunity" thus allowing you to participate as an authorized representative of En101.

The following steps are required in order to earn and be paid commissions for marketing the product.

Only a single purchase can be made by an individual or entity.

PURCHASE OPTIONS:
We offer the following purchase options:

Basic Pak: 6 months of online language education for $79.00
Advanced Pak: 1 year of online language education for $129.00
Pro Pak: 1 year of online language education (including all languages we teach), business education, computer education and Internet education... all for $299.00


Everyone who purchases a package is a customer.

Once a person makes their first sale, they become a "rep".

COMMISSIONS:
To qualify to earn commissions:

1. Purchase a package
2. Once we confirm payment, you are qualified to earn direct sales commissions

Direct sales commissions:
Direct Commissions are earned totally from your own efforts.



For every Basic Pak personally sold from your website you will receive a direct sales commission of (USD)$ 20.00.
For every Advanced Pak personally sold from your website you will receive a direct sales commission of (USD)$ 30.00.
For every Pro Pak package personally sold from your website you will receive a direct sales commission of (USD)$ 50.00.

In addition to the direct sales commissions you can earn team commissions.
NOTE: Your first sale will be automatically placed in the same team that you signed up in (under your sponsor). For example, if you signed up in your sponsors’ left team, your first sale will automatically be placed in your left team. After you make your first sale, you can change the placement of your team members.

Team commissions:



Team commissions are earned from building and supporting your 2 teams (right and left group)
You must have personally sponsored one paid sale in each team.
Basic Pak: For each paid sale you will receive 2.5 team points plus $ 35.00 is placed in pool
Advanced Pak: For each paid sale you will receive 5 team points plus $ 60.00 is placed in pool
Pro Pak: For each paid sale you will receive 10 team points plus $ 130.00 is placed in pool

PAYSTEP: (Matching Bonus)
A pay step equals (=) 30 points with at least 1/3 of the points on either team (left or right)



** 10 points on one team and 20 on the other team = 1 pay step
** 100 points on one team and 200 on the other team = 10 pay steps

There are no limits to number of pay steps an individual can earn in a pay period.
Example:

If you have 205 points in your left team and 105 points in your right team...

The program will identify the larger team and divide the number by 20 which results in a possible 10 pay steps (300 points) with 5 left over in your left team and 5 left over in your right team.

You never lose any points. and the points never "flush" up to the company. you would start the next week with 5 points in your left team and 5 points in your right team.

All sales made in either of your 2 teams count for you.

TEAM COMMISSION POOL:

Every time a sale is made anywhere within the organization, the dollar amount below is added to the downline commission pool. At the end of each week, the number of paysteps earned by all reps is divided into the total amount of dollars in the pool, and that amount is paid out to the reps. The entire pool is paid out weekly.

Basic Pak = $35 added to team commission pool
Advanced Pak = $60 added to team commission pool
Pro Pak = $130 added to team commission pool

BONUS POSITIONS:



En101 recognize some marketers prefer to work more than one position.
En101 DOES NOT allow sales of multiple packages to a single individual.

However, En101 will give up to two (2) free bonus positions to marketers who qualify:

Qualifications:

Silver Star Bonus Position:
You must have ONE personal product sale and ONE personal sale to a person who chooses to be a representative in one of your 2 teams.

**This will automatically place a Silver Star bonus position in the first available position (on the outside leg) in the team you made the 2 qualifying sales in.

You can qualify for a total of two Silver Star positions (one in each team).

A Silver Star is ONLY a position in the tree. No sales can be made from a Silver Star position.

HOWEVER,

Once both of the 2 qualifying sales (explained above) are marked “paid” in the genealogy, the Silver Star will turn to a Gold Star.

And, any sales made below the Silver Star position before it turns to a Gold Star will count for that position as its point value!

Gold Star Bonus Position:
Once a Silver Star position turns to a Gold Star position, it becomes an “earning position”, and can be qualified to earn commissions.

Every individual in En101 can have two bonus positions PLUS their original position, for a total of 3 earning positions.

Silver Star / Gold Star positions cannot be purchased. They must be earned following the guidelines described above.

PROOF OF INCOME







There is a $2.00 processing fee deducted from each commission payment made to all reps who earn a commission.

There is a $10,000 cap on all earning positions – (an individual can earn up to $30,000 weekly with their initial position plus the 2 Gold Star bonus positions).
